Seokwhan Choi is a Korean Patent Attorney and intellectual property specialist with extensive experience in U.S. and international patent prosecution. His practice covers all aspects of patent law, including application drafting, Office Action responses, prior art and patentability analysis, and portfolio management. Mr. Choi has handled a wide range of technologies, including telecommunications, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, battery management systems (BMS), power electronics, and automotive systems, with particular experience in standard-essential patents (SEPs) and patent strategies related to global standardization.
Prior to joining Maier & Maier, Mr. Choi practiced as a patent attorney in Korea, representing leading technology companies in both domestic and foreign patent matters.
